People, products and dishes. That's how we understand cooking. We work with people that gives us their best products, they teach us about seasonality, about the product itself... so that we are able to, without ruining that gift, elaborate dishes with which we comunicate the work this people. In so doing, we close a circle that doesn't stop to grow and in which we believe more blindly everyday that passes by. This way, we do not force a gastronomic offer, we simply limit ourselves to offer what this people offer us. We understand cooking as something local and sustainable with the purpose of pleasing the people that visit us. We just want to make you feel as if you were at home.
